Good reasons to write

• A guide is out of date or a requirement has changed. A link to the official page helps us fix it quickly.
• You'd like a guide for an ID, exam or visa we haven't covered yet.
• The tool gave a poor result. Tell us your browser and device, and what went wrong.
• Questions about privacy, advertising or partnerships.

Please don't send your photo

To report a problem, describe it instead of attaching your ID picture. The tool works without anyone seeing your photo, and we'd like to keep it that way.
